Tesla Full Year Deliveries

Tesla published its fourth-quarter production and deliveries report for 2021. The EV-maker produced more than 305 840 new cars and delivered a total of 308 600 cars in the final quarter of 2021, handily beating analysts' expectations.

For the full year, Tesla delivered 936 172 electric vehicles, up 87% compared to 2020 when Elon Musk's company first turned profitable. The most interesting bit is that the Model S sedan and Model X falcon wing SUV only represented around 3% of Tesla's total deliveries in 2021.

That means 97% of Tesla's total deliveries were the more affordable Model 3 and Model Y's which amounted to 911 208 for the full year. I wish we had more insight on delivery by region so we can see where these beauties are selling the most.
