Apple TV and Music

This is why it is so important to have a closed ecosystem with over a billion loyal subscribers. How do you spell MOAT? Apple is reportedly considering a subscription bundle for Apple Music and its Streaming service Apple TV Plus.

I think the concept is genius. For a few extra dollars a month you can access Apple TV's entire library. I went and checked it out, and it was pretty decent. It even leads with an Apple Original called the Elephant Queen.



I know I am biased as a shareholder but as a client I would be happy to pay for that bundle even though I have far too much content already with Netflix, Showmax, DSTV and most importantly an 18 month old son.

I think Apple should throw my cloud subscription into that bundle and I'll almost get the TV service for free.

My point here is that Apple is not building from scratch. They already have a very large, loyal and engaged client base to tap.
