McDonald's hires 62 thousand

Remember that McDonald's were planning to hire a whole lot of folks on the 19th of April? The announcement of course was made over three weeks ago, and by my calculations would add around four extra employees per store in the US. Which if you think about it, is not nothing. If you had to add four folks to your payroll in a small business, what would it do? This part amazed me though, because McDonald's had around 1 million applications for these jobs.

And ended up hiring 62,000 people, more than originally planned, but only around 6 percent of all applicants. Check it out via Bloomberg ---> McDonald's Hires 62,000 in U.S. Event, 24% More Than Planned. That was the first part that struck me, the fact that there is a high demand for McJobs. Tell me, what kind of CV do you have to submit to McDonald's to beat out all the other applicants? Any ideas?
