The Big Apple

Take a look at the top 10 biggest companies on the planet. Other than Aramco and Berkshire, 8 of these are tech companies. This is certainly a sign of the times and it is no coincidence that Vestact portfolios are heavily focused on tech.

Tech covers every industry in the world. Cloud computing, sales management, select consumer goods, health care, electric vehicles and many other tech applications influence the day to day operations of global economic activity. Putting the sector in a box with a limit on investment exposure is a big mistake in my opinion.

It was mentioned briefly yesterday but we are very proud that our biggest holding Apple has reached the $3 trillion market cap milestone. Microsoft, Google and Amazon will hopefully get there soon.
